Dr. Kenna D. Venekamp, a South Dakota native, graduated from the fountainhead of chiropractic, Palmer University of Chiropractic, in 1988.  Dr. Venekamp practiced in Longview, TX for one year prior to opening his practice in Hot Springs, South Dakota.  There he cared for young and old alike for fourteen great years.

Also in 1993, Dr. Kenna Venekamp was the founder of the "Black Hills Chronic Spine Pain Centre" in Rapid City, South Dakota.  It was a leading innovator in the treatment of chronic spinal pain using state of the art MedX equipment, physical therapy and chiropractic.

In July of 2003, Dr. Venekamp and his family moved to Fort Collins, teamed up with Dr. Maurice Tiahrt, the founder of Fort Collins Chiropractic, established in 1969.  This began a wonderful partnership over the next four years.  Dr. Tiahrt retired in June 2007.

Dr. Venekamp is an active member in good standing of the American Chiropractic Association, the South Dakota Chiropractors' Association, the Colorado Chiropractors' Association, and a diplomat of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners.

Dr. Venekamp's interests are in the natural methods of helping the body heal without the judicious use of medications or surgery.  He is the author and creator of the Livinity Detoxification Protocol, which allows the body to detoxify, lose weight and break the inflammatory response of our eating habits that lead to pain and obesity in life.  His other current interests also include the treatment of chronic pain, fibromyalgia, migraine, headaches and dizziness.  Dr. Venekamp travels across the country lecturing on detoxification, the treatment of chronic pain and leading edge vitality/wellness concepts.

Dr. Venekamp resides in Fort Collins, Colorado with his wife Sarah and their three children, Eli, Hannah and Asa.
